Tiya
Chef Pujan Sarkar is the Head Chef and co-founder of Tiya, a modern Indian restaurant located in the heart of San Francisco’s Marina District. Within two months of opening in 2024, the restaurant Tiya was included in the MICHELIN Guide, which notes the restaurant’s exceptional cuisine and all-around dining experience. His knowledge and experience of nearly fifteen years combining the deep rooted traditions of his homeland (India) with new age modern techniques and flavors have made him one of the bay area’s most prolific Indian chefs.
